This is a way for Social Security to quickly identify standards for disability benefits. The following cancers may be eligible for Compassionate Allowance:
Adrenal Cancer which has metastasized or is inoperable
Adult Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Breast Cancer & Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC)
Head & Neck Cancers
Kidney Cancer – inoperable or unresectable
Large Intestine Cancer – metastasized, inoperable, unresectable or recurrent
Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Small Cell Cancers – Large Intestine, Prostrate or Thymus, Female Genital Tract and Lung
Small Intestine Cancer – metastasized, inoperable, unresectable or recurrent
