Our FeesIn order to maintain our high quality of client care and personal attention we accept disability cases on a contingency basis. You are responsible for our fees only if we are successful in obtaining Social Security benefits for you. Please be aware there may be minor administrative expenses required by physician offices and hospitals in order to collect your medical records. You will be responsible for these expenses. Benefit Representatives of America, Inc. receives no compensation for these minor costs and simply acts as an intermediary between the office asking for payment and our client. Once we win your case our fee is 25 percent of the retroactive benefits (up to a maximum of $6,000).
